BookKeeper is everything you will ever need to run your business. It is a comprehensive app for shopkeepers, distributors, agents of distributors, daily financiers and their customers to keep track of all the transactions happening amongst themselves.
ANYTHING YOU WANT TO ORDER?
When a shopkeeper is short on supplies or if he feels the need to add more items to his inventory, all he has to do is place an order with the distributor. While doing so, he can either select from a predefined list or just type in the item he wants along with the quantity count.
STATUS OF DELIVERY CHANGED.
Once the distributor receives the order, he arranges for the items to be delivered. To get the items delivered to the shopkeeper, the distributor takes assistance from his agents. Once the agent picks the items that are to be, the distributor changes the status of the shipment as shipped.
LIVE TRACKING & INVOICING
Once the status of the shipment has been marked as Shipped, the shopkeeper can track the agent who’s expected to deliver the supplies. When the delivery is complete, the invoice is submitted & the payment will be made as agreed between the shopkeeper and distributor.
FINANCING CAN BE AVAILED
There will be financing options available for shopkeepers provided by financiers. The shopkeeper has to repay the money according to the terms & conditions negotiated earlier.
ACCESS ACCOUNTING REPORTS ON THE GO
BookKeeper allows the distributor, the shopkeeper and the financier to track the accounting reports. If at any point of time, the shopkeeper fails to make the payment, the distributor and financier have options to either charge the shopkeeper with a fine or to freeze all transactions until the issue is resolved.
EXPAND CUSTOMER BASE
Bookkeeper link stores to potential customers who can shop from a store of their choice. BookKeeper is also closely linked with FillMyCart so that the customer can search through different shopping packages that have been customized for them. When the final order has been placed by the customer, the delivery will be facilitated either by BookKeeper or by FillMyCart.
